PA Pre-Admission Advising
Physician Assistant (PA) program advisers are available to meet with prospective students preparing for application to the PA program. They can assist with questions related to prerequisite coursework, patient care experience, application requirements, and general questions related to the current application cycle.

Distant Campus Drop-In Advising
The PA program offers in-person advising opportunities at our Wausau and Platteville distant campuses. Drop in, meet with our program advisors and learn more about becoming a physician assistant.

Park for free in any Marathon Park lot.

We recommend parking on the street. There is a fee to park in campus lots. Ullrich Hall is located across from Karrmann Library.

3+2 Program for UW-Platteville Undergraduates
If you are an undergraduate student at UW-Platteville you now have the opportunity to apply to the 3+2 program in the sophomore year of your undergraduate studies. Pre-health advisors will guide you in reaching the required academic and experiential benchmarks that prepare you to enter the UW–Madison Physician Assistant program in your 4th year of college. You will then graduate with both a bachelor of science degree in biology from UW-Platteville and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from UW–Madison in 5 years (3+2).
A maximum of five students can be enrolled per cohort.
