3+2 Option for UW-Platteville Undergraduate Students

UW-Platteville undergraduate students have the unique opportunity to be considered for the 3+2 option in the sophomore year of their undergraduate studies, which would allow them to join the UW–Madison Physician Assistant program in year four of college. They would then graduate with both a bachelor of science degree in biology from UW-Platteville and a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from UW–Madison in 5 years (3+2). Pre-health advisors guide interested students in reaching required academic and experiential benchmarks to pursue this option.

A maximum of 5 students can be enrolled per cohort.

If you feel this option would be a good fit for you, please request an appointment with an advisor.
