Kristi Schaeve is Industry Liaison, UW School of Medicine and Public Health at UW–Madison. Schaeve has spent more than 20 years in the biohealth industry, at companies such as LabCorp and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Her roles have spanned pre-clinical research and development, facilities management, quality system implementation and clinical operations. She has experience fostering public-private partnerships, most notably with UW–Madison and Stratatech, a Madison-based start-up. While there she served as Clinical Trial Manager, leading large multisite studies, including a phase II trial and pivotal phase III trial. Additionally, Schaeve has led UW–Madison investigator-initiated clinical research, across a diverse portfolio of disease-agnostic projects.
